Reverse Gijinka: Mera

for the reverse gijinka collab project that's being run by TheNuzlockeDuo! i managed to snag furfrou for mera here which is great because the only requirement for her pokemon was "has absurd fluff." and furfrou is one of my favorites to boot! not much to the design since mera doesn't have many accessories to begin with, but it was really fun regardless!!
